Staying at Wide Suites Taksim was nothing short of a pleasant and safe experience. I chose this hotel specifically because I wanted to stay in a place that was safe, exceptionally clean and most importantly, helpful staff and I got just that and more. Raouf, Aref, Albert, Ali and Karim were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and considerate nature these gentlemen showed to us. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location sat atop a cliff boasting spectacular scenic beauty when you step out to explore the little shops or restaurants nearby. I highly recommend anyone to stay here to make your stay in Istanbul extra special and comfortable.

I returned to Wide Suits Taksim from Antalya to Istanbul, as usual really good treatement from owner and both front desk managers named as Turker and Kadeer both are really polite, providing outstanding customer service. Wide Suits Taksim update my room to triple bed twice free of cost without any extra charge, they also extend my stay for couple of hours because my flight was late. I suggest owner to appreciate their efforts to providing best customer service to clients. I would to like highlight owner attitude and behavior towards customer, he was always there at the hotel, really positive behavior. I will suggest everyone to spend little bit more money and enjoy their holiday at Wide Suits Taksim, it's close to metro station and street is really peaceful, and it's 10 min walk to Istaklal Street, 5 min walk to bus stop and can get Havabus to any airport.

Really good experience, hotel management upgrade me to triple bed without any extra charges, all the staff including owner helped me alot to explain about the places and arrange tours in best prices, The room has all the things looks like new room, interior, furniture, no complain at all, 10 min walk to istaklal Street and 5 min walk to metro station. For me it's perfect, I would suggest everyone to stay here. Perfect location for family, really quite place, About the staff all are speaking good English, specially owner and staff name Turkash, really nice guy.

Quite hotel even though my room was right next to the elevator. really appreciated their policy notice in each room asking guests to not make noise between certain times. Spacious rooms. about 10 mins walk from Taksim square. Good heating and lovely shower. Free Water provided. Staff polite and kindly accomodated a date change due to unforseen circumstances. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows. central heating aswell as aircon. Central heating was sufficient that i did not have to use the heating from aircon. Washing up liquid and sponge for washing was provided.

Thank you very much, everything was great, the place is very comfortable, especially with the presence of the air conditioner now that the temperature is high, the staff is very kind, the place is close to Taksim Square, there is a small restaurant and a supermarket near it, I recommend buying sandwiches from the restaurant, they taste great

This hotel is located in an amazing location, within a walking distance to Besiktas, Nisantasi, Istiklal street and other central locations in Istanbul. Rooms were super clean and comfy. Thanks for the staff for being super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely stay again!

The manager, Turkar, is super friendly and very welcoming. Location is in the heart of Istanbul. Lots of restaurant are located nearby.

I have not got the breakfast, there were cooking facilities,so I managed to have my own choice. The l9cation is great if you want to be close to Taxim,Istsiklal, and especially Havaist-shuttle busese stop to airports and back. It is up and down landscape there,so the hotel was chosen due to possibility to walk with the suitcase without "feeling a mule mode". The staff is great, every time I stayed there, receptionists and even cleaners spoke English. And Russian. And always try to satisfy the expectations. Had an early flight and arrived to a hotel at about 7 am, the staff did their best to provide the room ASAP.

Small nice hotel 800 m from Taksim metro. Bus stop with plenty of routes is 100 m away. A lot of small shops and cafes around. Airport bus is 500 m away. Room spacious, clean and comfortable, every reasonable amenity is provided.
